Owner & Artistic Director of kharisma dance studio, professional choreographer, DANCER, singer, actress, CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, FITNESS INSTRUCTOR & INTEGRATED STRETCH THERAPIST. VENAE Sears-Ellis has over 25 years of experience sharing the joy of dance and the performing arts to students of all ages and providing choreography to community theaters, churches, competitive dance competitions, music artists & dance fitness programs. She is also a professional singer and lead vocalist with HER BAND “VENAE & THE VYBBE” AND PREVIOUSLY WITH “Kharisma Jazzmatic Funk” a 10-piece jazz & R&B soul Band. Ms. Sears-ellis is a Certified PERSONAL TRAINER & integrated stretch - flexibility therapist, with additional certifications in Zumba, Yoga, Yo-chi (yoga/tai-chi), STRETCH & BALANCE and SilverSneakers.
